Device Permissions: The microphone is only activated during 'Hold to Talk'. The recorded audio is only transcribed by the local offline model and is never uploaded to the cloud.

Zero Analytics: This app does not embed any third-party analytics tools or tracking scripts.

Automatic Deletion: Uninstalling the app completely erases all app data and model caches stored in the local sandbox environment.

1. Core Principles: Zero Data Collection and 100% Local Processing

We understand the importance of privacy. GotIt's core architecture is built entirely upon an on-device processing model. Therefore, we do not collect, store, or share your personal data, voice input, translation history, or device identifiers with any servers or third parties. All translations and speech recognition are performed entirely locally on your device.

2. Device Permissions

Microphone permission is only requested when you actively use the 'Hold to Talk' feature. The recorded audio is exclusively processed by the local offline speech model for transcription, and the audio data is never uploaded to any servers. You can revoke this permission at any time in your iOS system settings. Regarding local storage, the offline models you download, along with all your translation history and saved items, are securely stored only within your device's local sandbox.

3. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing

This app explicitly does not include any third-party tracking scripts, analytics tools, or advertising SDKs. None of your behavioral data is used for tracking or profiling purposes.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Because we do not connect to any remote servers to receive your data, you retain complete control over all your usage data. To delete everything, simply uninstall this application from your device. All associated data, including translation history and installed offline models, will be automatically and permanently deleted by the iOS system mechanisms.
